Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Sarah is a committed, caring and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist with over 20 years’ experience in the NHS and independently, working with children with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs in a variety of settings. She aims to provide a professional and friendly service and to support children and their families to ensure they reach their communicative potential.
Sarah has a specialism in dysfluency, she has completed additional training in the treatment of stuttering including Lidcombe, Palin PCI and Camperdown therapy. In addition she has carried out research funded by the Dominic Barker Trust into the development of childhood stuttering, and in relation to this has published a number of articles in this field, presented at international conferences and delivered training workshops in the UK and Canada.
